Marion: 이제 한 해의 끝이자 또 10년의 마지막 해이군요.

Marion: So, that's it. End of a year and end of a decade.

Michaela: 믿기지가 않아요. 10년 전에 새로운 밀레니엄을 축하했던 게 바로 어제 같은데 말이에요.

Michaela: I can't believe it. Seems like yesterday we celebrated the new millennium ten years ago.

Marion: 맞아요.

Marion: I totally agree.

Michaela: 돌아오는 10년은 좀 덜 우울했으면 좋겠어요.

Michaela: I hope the next ten years will be less depressing.

Marion: 저도 그러길 바래요. 경기후퇴, 테러리즘, 환경적 재난, 전쟁은 이제 그만 생겼으면 좋겠어요.

Marion: I hope so too. Enough of recession, terrorism, environmental disasters and wars.

Michaela: 맞아요. 너무 끔찍했어요. 만약에 신이 있다면 분명 그 분은 남자일거에요!

Michaela: Yes, it was horrible. If there's a god it must be a man!

Marion: 여자였으면 이렇게 엉망으로 만들지 않았을테니까요?

Marion: Because no woman could mess up like this?

Michaela: 그럼요. 하하
